Mars 1200 Class II Biosafety Cabinet
Stable Laminar Flow
The Mars series Class II Biosafety Cabinets combine HEPA filters, laminar flow technology, and energy-efficient design to provide the best possible protection for laboratories.
Introduction
The air flow enters Mars 1200 Class II biological safety cabinet (BSC) work chamber via the front aperture and continues under the worktop, and up the rear plenum where 70% is recirculated through the main HEPA filters, providing the down flow and 30% exits out through the HEPA filter to exhaust. This working principle achieves efficiency at 99.995 % against 0.3 μm particles, ensuring a clean sterile work chamber environment.
Features
11cm H-14 class HEPA filter, effectively filters 99.999% of 0.3um particles.
More uniform deceleration airflow design, air flow speed is 0.28 ± 0.01m/s.
3 fans system, more efficient and energy-saving.
Unique air laminar flow technology ensures unidirectional, vortex-free airflow.
Low-flow air provides a more balanced operating environment.
Microprocessor-controlled fan system for precise control of air flow rate.
The 9° tilted front window design and the two side view windows make the operation more comfortable.
The larger front window opening angle (20cm, 30cm) allows the use of the microscope inside the safety cabinet without interference from the front window.
Lower air flow rate and larger filtration area to minimize working noise and create a quieter experimental environment.
Adjustable illumination intensity (0-2000lux), shadow-free illumination to ensure a good view of the operation.
All operations and maintenance can be performed fromthe front without moving the cabinet.
